Today we want to tell you about a new modern project at 4b Strelnieku Street in Riga. The building is located in the Art Nouveau quarter, the most prestigious area of the capital. Its main architectural monuments are recognized all over the world and are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Exactly at this spot SIA "Pawbol Baltiс" in cooperation with SIA "Baltijas Elektro Sabiedrība" and SIA "Jumiks Construction & Maintenance" have implemented their next project.

VEXEN electric pearl ES3100D-MBUS three-phase electricity meter 100A with M-BUS protocol was installed in the project. The protocol allows reading readings remotely, which is very convenient and time saving. More information about the counter can be found here.

This summer, the first building of the housing project "Merks Viesturdārzs" in the quiet center of Riga, the capital of Latvia, was commissioned. With ecology in mind, this truly modern and high-quality apartment building project is designed in accordance with Class A energy efficiency requirements.

And, just like many other high-class projects, “Merks Viesturdārzs” was equipped with high-class German manufacturer’s “Grasslin” devices.
