Terms and costs of delivery

“PAWBOL Baltic” offers the following terms for delivery of orders.

• The costs of delivery are not included in the prices of the products shown on this web page.
• VAT in the amount of 21% is not included in the delivery prices shown below.
• The goods are delivered to the door of the office building/warehouse/construction site at the address stated at the moment of the order. If there is no driving in/stopping at this address, please provide the closest point where our vehicle will deliver your ordered goods.
• Delivery costs will be included in the total amount of your order. You’ll be able to pay for it with a bank transfer.

Nonstandard delivery, on the route:

If you need delivery of heavy goods or goods of unusual size (ribbed tubes, other tubes, cable canals, etc.), after your order will be ready at our warehouse, our employee will contact you to specify the delivery destination, time and cost.

Express delivery:

“PAWBOL Baltic” also offers express delivery – on the day the order was made. You should place your order before 11:00 am. Express delivery is only available for goods up to 1 m in length and up to 20 kg. You have to contact our sales manager to find out the precise cost of this delivery.

Consumer complaints

If you have any complaints about delivered goods, please fill in the claim form. We only see into the complaints on the basis of the filled out claim form. After we receive your claim form, the “PAWBOL Baltic” employee will contact you.
