Name: Igor Atrahimovich
What does he do as a part of our team: E-commerce project manager. One of the company's first team members. For the more than 4 years we have been together, Igor has been doing different things. He is the "father" of our B2B e-commerce portal https://pbplus.eu/ - he was responsible for its creation and now keeps it running. He is also responsible for the IT infrastructure of our company. Currently, his main task is to expand Pawbol Baltic's visibility in foreign markets using e-commerce tools.
Suspected to have superpowers: always striving to do better, to raise the bar, to reach new heights
Special skills: Works at expert level with a wide range of computer programs and online tools. Igor is good with Excel spreadsheets, CRM systems, Facebook and Google advertising campaigns, creating videos with AI, and many other useful things. He is always ready to explain anything related to these things to his colleagues. And Igor also knows how to take cool photos - both portraits and product shots when we need them.
Forces of evil that hinder him in reaching his goals: Igor is very confident, but there is another side to this - he tends to find it difficult to take constructive criticism. Because he has many skills and therefore many different tasks, he also tends to rush things and not be very attentive.
Qualities that allow him to overcome difficulties: Confidence in himself and his abilities, sharp mind, innovative thinking, drive to work hard and get results, desire to continuously learn and grow, determination, and diligence.
What he likes to do when he takes off his superhero's work uniform: Igor spends a lot of time with his family - his wife and three children. A few years ago he began to develop a passion for the culinary arts, although he had never cooked before. The reason was quarantine: "I really wanted a good steak, but the restaurants were closed". Now he has mastered meat, fish, Caucasian cuisine and recipes from world-famous chef Jamie Oliver. He says cooking helps him switch off from computer work, number crunching and the excitement of achieving his daily goals.
What Igor says about himself: "I'm proactive, energetic and always trying to add something new and interesting to our team. My colleagues are great electrical engineering professionals, but I try to make their knowledge more visible from the outside. For example, they are planning a major project to provide a large building with electrical equipment, deciding what products are needed and why, and how to order them from different countries. And I say: "Let's make a TikTok video about it!". You know, you can just fry potatoes or you can make them with gravy and spices. I'm the spice in our team."
