What does she do as a part of our team: She started her career in our company as an assistant manager. A few months ago, she agreed to take on a more challenging role and now works as an electrical services sales manager. The customers she has been entrusted to work with highly appreciate Marina's work.

Special skills: Marina is a good cook, once trained as a chef, and treats colleagues to delicious pastries made by her. She can make eyes as cute as Puss in Boots from the Shrek cartoon, so no one can refuse her when she asks for help.
Forces of evil that hinder her in reaching her goals: As of now, little experience as a manager and a lack of specific knowledge of the company's products. For this reason, Marina sometimes lacks self-confidence and is afraid of making mistakes. She can be too gentle, take on too many tasks and then regret not being able to do everything on time.

What she likes to do when she takes off her superhero's work uniform: Marina prefers active recreation - canoeing on the river, cycling, cross-country skiing, hiking. On weekends, she likes to cook something special together with her daughter. But most of all she loves the sea, any sea and in any weather - in the warm summer, in the frost and even during storms. As I am in the process of learning a new role, I sometimes feel that I am not doing as well as I would like. Of course, this is not always pleasant, but I think it is a normal phase when you are learning something new. Our company deals with specific products and there is a lot of information to explore. It's nice that the management has high expectations of me. I am a responsible person and I do my best to learn, including from the experience of my colleagues. I want to become an excellent sales manager, on whom the success of the company largely depends."
