Campaign „ Easy ride your business with us! ” (hereinafter Campaign) is organised by SIA Pawbol Baltic, reg. no. 40103888768, Katlakalna 9, Riga, Latvija, LV-1073 (hereinafter Organizer).
Companies that have concluded an agreement with SIA Pawbol Baltic may become participants in the Campaign (hereinafter Participants).
The Campaign will be organised in the territories of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland.
The Campaign will take place from the 1 of March 2020 to 31-th of May 2020.

To participate in the Campaign, Participant’s representative should on Organizer’s Facebook page click Like button.
Per the total amount of goods purchased at the end of the Campaign, the Participant is entitled to purchase one of the four exclusive products for a special price.
The total turnover is calculated at the end of the Campaign and only to the registered Participants.
After the Campaign is finished, the Organizer undertakes to deliver to the Participant an exclusive product with a special discount within one month or will offer a product of equal value at the Organizer's discretion.
Transactions that have been delivered to the Participant under a separate agreement with special prices will not be included in the total turnover.

Participation in the Campaign gives the Participant an opportunity to purchase the following exclusive products for special prices:

Turnover from 9 999 EUR – XIAOMI MI M365 special price: – 0.01 EUR incl. VAT
Turnover from 12 999 EUR – SEGWAY KICKSCOOTER ES1 special price: – 0.01 EUR incl. VAT
Turnover from 15 999 EUR – XIAOMI MI M365 PRO special price: – 0.01 EUR incl. VAT
Turnover from 23 999 EUR – SEGWAY KICKSCOOTER MAX G30 special price: – 0.01 EUR incl. VAT

The Campaign Participants have read the Regulations.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations during the Campaign period, unless it worsens the participation terms.
The Organizer reserves the option to change the prize. However, the value of the new prize shall not be lower than the values of prizes provided for in Article 3.
The prizes may not be exchanged for money.
Unregulated issues are resolved on the basis of laws and regulations applicable in the Republic of Latvia, including the provisions of the Civil Law.
