We are never done learning and exploring!

We are never done learning and exploring!

We are actively pursuing our goals and one of our goals this year was to participate in at least 12 seminars with our clients. In this article, we will tell you how we went on the last training trip.

You might ask why we are so persistent in achieving these goals?

Well, we strongly believe that learning and development offers a good opportunity for teams to grow their knowledge base and improve their job skills to become more effective in the workplace. Not only that - We want to introduce our customers to a wide range of products, as well as to build strong and development-oriented relations with cooperation partners.

From July 7 to 11, we spent 4 days in Poland, during which we visited two factories in a company of 8 people.Together with SIA Energy Group LV and their customers, we visited the production facilities of Pawbol and Miloo Electronics in the Krakow region. While going on tours of the production facilities, we learned more about the operating principles and production processes of the companies. At the seminars, we got an insight into the offer of new products, as well as received answers to all technical and topical questions for further cooperation development.

In total, we drove about 650 km, but spending quality time without rest is unthinkable. In our free time, we explored Krakow, visited the Wieliczka Salt Mine, and on excursions learned more about the history of Poland and its most important events.

We will continue to grow and develop, telling you about it too!

If you have any questions or want to know about possible training seminars, call +371 62006800 or write to [email protected].
