The secret files are back! We resume our series of stories about the wonderful people who make up the "Pawbol Baltic" team. They are all our superheroes and we are proud of each and every one of them. This time you will learn about the master of our stock of goods.
Name: Yevgeny Nyukolov
What does he do as a part of our team: Assistant warehouse manager. Has been working in our company since its foundation, for 8 whole years. Manages warehouse work processes. Creates tasks for warehouse employees related to order assembly, follows the shipment of goods from the warehouse, as well as plans the movement of delivery transport.
Suspected to have superpowers: super-responsibility and a tendency to systematize and organize everything.
Special skills: Yevgeny is an expert in various equipment, cars and weapons. Can work with both his head and his hands.
Forces of evil that hinder him in reaching his goals: The desire to help anyone who asks for help, as a result, Yevgeny tends to forget that there are only 24 hours in a day, and it is impossible to do absolutely everything. Sometimes he is overcome with melancholy when the world does not yield to order and does not follow the plan.
Qualities that allow him to overcome difficulties: Punctuality - does everything in the exact minute that he promised. Perseverance - never gives up until a positive result is achieved. Yevgeny is obliging and fulfills his promises. He has an inner strength that helps him to keep moving forward despite the obstacles.
What he likes to do when he takes off his superhero's work uniform: Yevgeny is a car enthusiast, and his personal car is so well-maintained that it looks like it just came out of the showroom. He likes to travel around Latvia with his car, but in the future Yevgeny hopes to travel abroad as well. He likes firearms and bladed weapons and frequents the shooting range. Another hobby of Yevgeny is flying a drone and shooting videos.
What Yevgeny says about himself: “I am warm and fuzzy, write this about me! We have formed a team that is able to do quality work. We moved to a new warehouse, introduced a new record-keeping system, which made it possible to simplify and speed up the receiving of goods and the assembling of orders. Personally, I always try to make sure that everything is in order and accurate, documents are organized, orders are sent out, customers are satisfied, and colleagues are also happy that the customers have received everything. Our overall result depends on the efforts of each person. Our company is one organism, and each team member tries his best.”
