Name: Nikita Volobujevs
What does he do as a part of our team: Nikita has been working as a project manager for more than two years now. He handles sales, works with certain clients of our company in Latvia and Lithuania. Nikita also works with suppliers, is responsible for a group of products that we order to our warehouse.
Suspected to have superpowers: Analyzing anything and everything. His strength is not to agree with anything the first time, the ability to find alternative solutions, look at complex things from a different angle, and get to the bottom of things.
Special skills: Nikita is technically savvy and uses knowledge in electrical engineering and other applied fields not only to advise clients but also to improve our office. That includes the fact that he very skillfully "tames" the coffee machine. He always knows where all sorts of useful things are in the office. Speaks fluent Russian, Latvian and English.
Forces of evil that hinder him in reaching his goals: According to Nikita, some villain constantly twists the hands on the clock forward, that's why there is always not enough time. Apparently, the same villain periodically arranges traffic jams.
Qualities that allow him to overcome difficulties: Kindness and sympathy, reliability, thoroughness, decency, honesty, responsibility, curiosity, a wide array of interests. Nikita is so sociable that he concludes any talk with the phrase "Till soon!" hinting that he will soon be ready to communicate with you again.
What he likes to do when he takes off his superhero's work uniform: For several years now Nikita has been helping his parents build a house and devotes all his free time to this. His personal goal is to get a motorcycle license.
What Nikita says about himself: “I am happy to be part of the team because we are always busy, there are many very different tasks. We do something interesting all the time, we achieve everything with our work. Until the pandemic slowed down all travel, I had a lot of work trips in Latvia and beyond. I liked it very much, I love to travel.”
